4 inch Seven Chakras White Sage Stick 

Instructions:

Use caution at all times. We encourage you to open a window as needed to ensure smoke doesn’t build up & to allow a clean exit for any negative energy. Be cautious of any breeze or draft, which can prolong the burn. Please do not leave unattended while burning.

1. Light your sage for about 15-30 seconds. Hold the flame to the tip while slowly rotating and tilting the stick. Gently blow on the ember (lit end) in 1 second intervals to maintain it.

• If your sage is wrapped too tightly, you can unwrap it and pull it apart a little bit for easier burning. If it is wrapped a bit loose, it will burn just fine.
• Sage will naturally stop burning/go out within a couple of minutes. This is natural and you will just need to relight it as needed.

2. Use a shell or ashtray to catch ashes or you can hold your sage in your hand (use caution).

3. Begin in any room or area & start in the area furthest from the exit. Move the smoke all around the room as you make your exit. If cleansing a person or object, move slowly so that the smoke flows all around their body/object.

4. Move on to the next room or area and repeat step 3 in each room/area.

5. When finished, store your sage in a moisture free/low humidity area.
